Process

Every project begins with listening. With no cost or commitment, we’ll visit your workplace to learn about your business, your people, and the challenges you face with your current space. Together, we’ll explore what’s working and what isn’t, then identify opportunities for improvement.

We’ll present early ideas in a written proposal, with a clear, realistic budget.

Once commissioned, we translate the brief into a clear design and project plan. We’ll prepare a finalised 2D layout, then bring the vision to life with a 3D walkthrough so you can see how your new workspaces will look and feel. To help with decisions, we’ll provide material boards and samples. If you need to tender the works, we can also package everything into a formal tender document.

When you’re ready to proceed, we take full ownership of the project. Your dedicated Matthews Interiors project manager will coordinate every detail — from ordering materials and scheduling contractors, to managing health and safety and day-to-day site activity. We’ll keep you informed throughout and remain flexible if you need to make changes mid-project.

We’ll provide regular project updates so that you can easily keep your teams updated on progress.

Our skilled contractors will deliver the transformation, completing your new office to the highest standards. When it’s time to move in, we’ll support your transition with a comprehensive handover and an operation and maintenance manual, so you know exactly how everything works.

On top of manufacturers’ guarantees, we provide a 12-month warranty on our workmanship. After handover, we’ll check in to make sure everything meets your expectations and to see how else we can support you.
